Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items – Montmartre Charcuterie

Certain items cannot be returned (as permitted by applicable consumer law), including:

  • Perishable goods – e.g., artisanal cheeses, charcuterie, fresh honeycomb, pâtés, caviar, baked goods, or any chilled/frozen items.

  • Custom or made-to-order products – e.g., custom-engraved mini boards, branded stationery/signage, personalized packaging, or bespoke décor.

  • Personal care items (where applicable) and any products sealed for hygiene/health protection once unsealed.

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases (if any).

For food safety reasons, any product that has been opened, partially consumed, improperly stored, or kept outside recommended temperatures is not eligible for return.

We also cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
